Shohei Ohtani Was Crowned Too Soon

In a showdown of the top two teams in the American League, Shohei Ohtani and the Angels were matched up against David Price and the Boston Celtics. Ohtani did not fare well as he gave up 3 runs in just 2 innings of work and seemed to struggle finding the strike-zone.

Ben Maller points out that this game should really be looked at as Ohtani's Major League debut considering his previous two starts were against a sup-par team like the Athletics. Maller continues on to say that Ohtani was crowned too soon and has been exposed by a legitimate team.
