VCU Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Phil Martelli Jr. joined Stugotz & Company LIVE! after his Rams took down the mighty North Carolina Tar Hells in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. He says he knew there was something special about this team from the second game of the season, and he reminded his players to remain focused and not get caught up in celebrating last night’s big win.

You know, how do we get number two, you know, and just being ready with whatever it takes and, you know not getting caught up in…You know, all these people that want to tell you they love you right now are the same people that, you know, if you had lost last night, they’d be telling you how much you suck.”
