Matt LaFleur will take on the task of coaching the Green Bay Packers while Kliff Kingsbury will handle the helm of the Arizona Cardinals. Whether or not these two are qualified is debatable, but their previous career highlights don't exactly exude success. However, these two coaches do share a connection, one way or another, with Sean McVay. These connections include being offensive-minded coaches, young or even just being friends with McVay.
Dan Patrick is not on board with the Sean McVay effect especially since he has yet to have at least a Super Bowl under his belt.
