CHRIS PLANK

Chris Plank has been a veteran of play by play and sports talk radio for over 20 years. Plank hosts The Plank Show from 9-11am Monday–Friday on KREF in Oklahoma. On weekends, Plank serves as the co-host of Fox Sports Sunday with Arnie Spanier and has been a regular on Sirius XM Big 12 Radio, ESPNU, and Mad Dog Sports Radio. 

Plank moved to Norman,Oklahoma in 2015 after spending 18 years in SportsTalk Radio in Tulsa. In addition to his SportsTalk responsibilities, Chris continues his involvement with Sooner Sports TV as co-host of Sooner Sports Spotlight show and the ever-popular Sooner Football Signing Day special and helped to create, develop, and grow the Sooner Sports podcast.

Since 2011, Plank has been the sideline reporter for Oklahoma Sooner Football broadcasts on the Sooner Radio Network. In addition to Football responsibilities, Plank has been the voice of Oklahoma Sooner Softball since 2016 and has also served on Baseball, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, and Soccer radio and tv broadcasts. Plank has also called games for Team USA Softball.

Plank has been married to Sarah Plank since 2007 and has a son Will and two daughters Emma and Gwen. The family resides in Goldsby, Oklahoma. In his free time Plank is an avid but atrocious golfer who enjoys long road trips and true crime podcasts.
